- Must have picture ID

- Members of your family may pick up a copy of your birth certificate with their picture ID.
*Mothers, Fathers, Grandparents, Sisters or Brothers are eligible.
*Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Step-parents, In-laws and friends are excluded.

- Must have name and date of birth.

Obtaining Certified Copies of Death Certificates

- Anyone can get a copy of death certificate

- Must have name of deceased and date of death

Obtaining Certified Copies of Marriage Certificates

- Must have name of groom and bride.

- Must have date of marriage

- Anyone can get copy of certificate
