Methods of payment:

1.  All Citations can be paid in cash or money order.

2.  Payments can be made online at  WWW.EZCOURTPAY.COM

3.  Pay by phone at 1-800-262-0128.

Call the Probate Court for the amount of the fine.

Fines can be mailed in on most citations.

The following citations require a court appearance:

o DUI
o DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED
o POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA (LESS THAN AN OUNCE)
o REVOKED, CANCELLED OR SUSPENDED REGISTRATION
o NO INSURANCE
o RACING ON HIGHWAYS OR STREETS
o HIT & RUN/LEAVING SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT
o FLEEING OR ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE AN OFFICER
o DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE

In addition to the above listed offenses, drivers under the age of 21 are required to appear in court on the following charges as well:

o EXCEEDING THE SPEED LIMIT BY 24 MPH OR MORE
o AGGRESSIVE DRIVING
o IMPROPER PASSING ON HILL OR CURVE
o UNLAWFUL PASSING OF A SCHOOL BUS
