SHERIFF’S SALE
PUBLIC INVITED
Anyone 18 yrs. of age or older can bid on the
following items except employees of the Ben Hill County Sheriff’s office
and their immediate families. This Sheriff’s Sale will be held on
Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012 starting at 10:00 A.M. at the Ben Hill County
Courthouse on East Central Ave. This will be a great opportunity
to buy a nice vehicle below wholesale value. The sale will be
conducted by Sheriff Bobby McLemore and sold to the highest bidder. The
Sheriff reserves to right to reject any and all bids. The following
items will be sold at public outcry on the doorsteps of the courthouse.
These are drug seized and forfeited vehicles and sold as is without any
warranty expressed or implied. All vehicles are forfeited to the
Ben Hill County Sheriff’s Office by Superior Court
Orders.

The highest bidder must pay and pick up bid items by
Monday, Feb. 6, 2012. If you bid and win the bid for any items, by law,
you must pay for it and pick it up. Payment will be made by cash,
approved company check, cashier’s check, or money order. No personal
checks accepted.
