Ben Hill
County has seven (7) dump sites for household garbage. These sites
are open year round Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
All dump sites are closed on the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.
Metal can be dumped at the
Joshlyn and Westwood sites only. All
commercial and construction waste must be taken to the landfill.
AT NO TIME CAN COMMERCIAL OR CONSTRUCTION WASTE BE
DUMPED AT THE HOUSEHOLD SITES. Violators Will Be
Prosecuted!

Authority
provides the following services for Ben Hill County
Residents:
- Dispatch calls for
dumping for commercial garbage in the county.
- Haul county
commercial garbage and maintain county dump sites.
- Process billing for
county commercial garbage.
