Ms Wheeler was first elected to
office in 1993, prior to her first term she served as Deputy Clerk for 13 years.
Ms Wheeler has served on the Executive Committee for Alternative Dispute
Resolution (ADR) for approximately 10 years, and is a current board member.
Ms Wheeler has two daughters and three grand children and is a member of the
Bethlehem Baptist Church. Her favorite hobbies are yard work and deer
hunting.
