I began my tax career as a part time clerk in the Irwin County Tax Collector's office in 1976, then went full time in 1981.  I retired from Irwin County in June of 2004 and was first elected to office in January of 2005.  I am a life long resident of Ben Hill County.

Duties of this Department:

Meeting the public's needs with collection of property taxes.  Issue tags and perfect titles for motor vehicles.  Collected taxes on mobile homes and timber.
